Our patron “Late Shree Ramkaran Ji Sharma ” who inspired us to do some more in the field of mineral beneficiation other then Mica, in which he was specialized and practically worked for prospecting of new deposits in Mewar, Ajmer, and Nepal for Duduwala’s, Motha’s & Rajgadia’s. More over to this he was specialized of fabricated Mica blocks & exported to various countries as M/S Ram Karan Sharma & Sons with collaboration of Rajgadia’s, Bhupal Mining, and MITCO etc . and became well recognized Business House in Mica Mining Industry.
In the time of 1972-73.when the Mica export business was canalized by The Govt.of India, this has an effect on mica mine owners and, mica dealers of Rajasthan became sick and dropped mining of Mica and forced to turn up for another business. At the same time we had switched from mining, fabricating, and exporting of Mica to other business of open well digging , dealing of explosives etc.
In the year of 1978-79 an Industrial area was developed by RIICO in Bhilwara and Mr. K.R. Pareek became an entrepreneur and formed proprietorship firm in the name of M/S Pareek Agencies & Mineral works, and built-up his industry with installation of a Pulverizer plant at F-45/46 RIICO industrial area, Bhilwara and started the business of Mica powder / flex and exported in the collaboration of MITCO.
In 1981-82 with expansion of milling unit with Three Roller Raymond Mill we began grinding of Soapstone , China clay etc. and supplied to various industries i.e. Andhrapradesh Paper mill , Tissue fiber ltd., Rasan detergents, India Gypsum ltd. Hydrabad Industries ltd. etc. Meanwhile we owned our captive mining leases for Clay near Pandoli (Chittorgarh) in 1982-83. Second was in 1985 near Jetpura (Kotri) for Calcite / Quartz, and third was in 1987 near Meshpura (Bhilwara )for Soapstone / Pyrophyllite/ &Sericite, from we are obtaining our minerals.
We process all these minerals up to their maximum beneficiation and optimum industrial uses followed by- Exploration of mineral and ores at our mine site, Grading of minerals according to their quality, Crushing of lumps and then Grinding in fine mesh in 300 and above at our unit.
Our minerals processing unit is well equipped with Jaw Crushers, Grinders, Pulverizers, Roller mill, Ball Mills, Air classifies, Jet mill, etc. and a Circular Saw mill (Diamond Cutter ) with fully equipped work shop for machining of Pyrophyllite blocks.
We are only & specialized manufacturer of custom required machined ceramic blocks, bricks, rods, bushes, round / squire bars, plates. etc. which are produced from our special type of compact PYROPHYLLITE i.e. a mineral which has a natural ceramic and refractory property which can be machined in required shape and design.
